Trinity Common in Toronto

The service, atmosphere and prices were good, but their oysters were pretty mediocre. Small and not very fresh, with a lot of grit and shell pieces in them.

Chicken waffle portion is huge, and the croissant sandwich is so crispy and fluffy. Friendly staff, great drinks menu and reasonable pricing.

A little loud, but great food and great drinks

Short stay. Wasps and construction shawoded experience. Nice spot. Good service and beer selection. Didn't try grub.

I go there to meet my friends. Consequently, I love it! Food is good, if spicy. Great selection of beer, which comes in actual pints.

Big beer menu. Manages to keep a nice ambiance in all months of the year. Not uncomfortably crowded. I'm looking forward to summer afternoons here.

A bar and restaurant in the trendy Kensington Market neighbourhood. Service was friendly and quick. The outdoor patio was hopping but was able to accommodate seating at a communal table. The bench seating can get a bit tiring if staying a while but enables more people to sit and encourages conversation between groups. Drinks selection was extensive. Restrooms are clean but a little oddly laid out. A good experience.

I love this place. Small menu but a good menu.It is in an old garage I think. Good place for lunch.

Such a great place! Jesse took so good care of us. We didn’t miss water or great recommendations on delicious beer. Loved the vibe, the music, and the wide range of beers. Thanks for the great afternoon. Only way to further improve: It is a shame there are no tasting flights to try more of the delicious variety on offer.

Love the atmosphere.. Great IPA selections. Waiters are knowledgeable and great at suggesting what's good based on your answers.

Lovely place. We stopped for a drink and had a portion of fries. The bartender was really nice and made sure we were ok during the time we were there, so service was excellent!Atmosphere calm and relaxing, being early afternoon. Loved it!

The place has a good vibe and good prices. I ordered chicken wings and I didn't like them at all. The meat had zero seasoning. They just fried them and then tossed in cold BBQ sauce. Not recommended.

Amazing craft beer selection that regularity changes. Its hard to stop drinking because if you see something today it may not be there to try next time. Its a popular spot so you may need to wait for a table.

Kensington Market area JEM of a watering hole.Fabulous variety of beers on tap, was surprised by a small sample as a taster before I made my choice, just ask, thanks Maruta!I chowed down on the Rubeun sandwich, absolutely fabulous, swapped the Rye bread for dairy free homemade bun, thanks again for your help Dee.Was made to feel at home by Jasmine and had some great times chatting and watching LeBron eliminate Boston.Looking forward to my return trip to Trinity, stop by if you are in the area, you'll become a fan like me!

Surprisingly large, with a drink menu to match. Had their Bourbon mulled cider and was very impressed with the quality both of it and the lone server on shift. Four stars because we waited quite some time before first seeing the server, and the music was really unnecessarily loud for what was a quiet night in terms of people in there. But overall very solid and wouldn't be sad to go back.

CAME BY ON A SUNDAY, THEY WERE QUITE BUSY. NOTHING IN PARTICULAR WOWED US HERE. GOT SOME BEERS AND A CHARCUTERIE BOARD. TOO BAD THE SERVER JUST DROPPED OFF THE BOARD AND LEFT DIDNT REALLY TELL US WHICH CHEESES AND CURED MEATS WERE WHICH.. IT CAME W.SOME FRUITS AND PICKED STUFF BUT WE DIDNT EVEN KNOW WHAT IT WAS..SHE NVR REALLY CAME BY TO CHECK ON US AND SEE IF WE WANTED TO ORDER MORE....EVER.POOR SERVICE.

Great place to hang out in the summer for casual food and drinks. Patio is key and in a great location.Drinks are on point and there are a variety of cocktails to choose from. Good music too!!Food is fairly average but good vibes all around.

Had the Trinity burger. Was adequate as far as pub burgers go but my stomach was upset later that evening. If you go for drinks it is very cute and cozy with a nice hipster ambience. I recommend for that but not as much for food.

Excellent joint for a bite and a beer. When the weather is nice the doors are rolled up and music flows in from the street bands. Great selection of local brews, on tap. Buffalo cauliflower was scrumptious.

I really like everything about this bar both in summer and winter. Spacious enough and still cozy. Busy yet not wall to wall. Great beer selection with reasonable prices. Good food and pleasant staff.

Lovely patio to hang out at in the summer with a nice selection of drinks.The food here is alright, not much to write home about in general.I like that it is big and spacious inside, and the high ceilings help make it feel spacious too.It’s nice that on game nights, they play both games, favouring the Leafs for the sound.Overall great ambiance and neat place to hang out with friends.

We were here for NBA finals game 4. Ordered chicken wings and burger. Food was okay. Service was good. Atmosphere was good. We had a great time there. They sell glutenberg, good for gluten intolerant folks.

Discovered this place on a sunny July Sunday morning. We were looking for a nice patio to sit on and grab breakfast, walked by and it looked to fit the bill. Glad we went here, our meals were excellent! We both had the " Classic" breakfast and were not disappointed! Our meals were perfectly prepared, the portions were generous, and delivered to us by an attentive and friendly server! We appreciated how our waters were refilled, without even having to ask, as it was a hot morning when we visited. I enjoyed their extensive beer selections and was very pleased with the delicious stout that I ended up picking. Our meal was enhanced by the lively modern music that was playing. Everyone around us seemed to be enjoying the place, and themselves, as much as we did! Trinity Common is a winner!

This is by far one of my favourite bars in Toronto, especially in the Kengsinton area. Great menu of craft beers, good prices and the music and atmosphere is perfect to set people in a good mood! It is definitely my go to!

Fun, casual and great for a group for after-work beverages (see 'borrel')! And now they have more vegan food choices which is excellent -- more all-inclusive for their patrons like me!!

Fun casual bar with nice staff. They've got communal tables as well as individual ones and of course the bar. It's a nice place to hangout.

Good music and friendly vibe. I had the portobello burger which was really yummy. The fries was all burnt. The service was very slow. We had to go get our server couple of times

The worst service I've ever gotten. A couple friends and I went to grab a drink and they rudely rejected us for not seeing the sign that said to seat us. They could've corrected us but instead they decided to swear at us and kick us out. Never going back here again.

The drink was very good. It was a hot apple cider with bourbon. Was very delicious for a cold evening. The guacamole with chips and fries were very tasty also.

An amazing hip bar with a huge selection of beers on tap. The personnel are super friendly and food is great as well. Would surely recommend it

One of my favourite bars in Kensington Market. Great selection of craft beers. The atmosphere is nice and the service has always been good.

Fast paced restaurant. Very friendly staff. The food is not excellent but exceeded our expectations of a bar food that that time in Kensington market. Reasonable prices and straight forward menu. Loved their jackfruit sandwich but the portions are really small. We hear they have really good brisket but they were actually out of brisket and they recommend smoked meat sandwich instead which was ok but didn't do justice. Overall good experience and I would say there is room for improvement. Drinks are actually good even their own beer but their house Burger was raw in the middle and burnt on the outside. The portobello mushroom burger on the other hand was extraordinary. Never had such a great portobello mushroom burger anywhere ever. Thank you for that. And to sum up all fries we got were completely burnt. On a normal day I would send them all back but on this occasion we were super hungry and had no time.

This place has a great vibe. The drinks are pretty good and they play some really good music fitting for the place. It's not too loud that you can't have a conversation but still upbeat enough to keep the tempo, just right! The seating is simple and they have a big screen projector for games which is a big plus.The cocktails are a touch expensive given the location. Overall it's great for an evening hanging out with friends. The food options are not much so come here mainly for drinks.
